Join me every week for a guided meditation practice in a supportive community setting. Learn how to access deep rest in your body, focus on the present moment, and skillfully allow sensations & emotions to move through you with more ease.
This is a vipassana and mindfulness style practice great for ALL levels (beginners are welcome!). Vipassana is the practice of “seeing things as they are” without judgment or attachment. Mindfulness trains the mind to return back to the present moment, over and over again, by following the breath.

Each participant will receive a 30 min meditation recording to help you practice every day of the week.
Jamie was introduced to Vipassana meditation while visiting Southeast Asia and Australia in 2006-2007. Her deep dive into this meditation practice included a 35 day silent meditation retreat in the Blue Mountains of Australia. Jamie has an ongoing passion to explore various practices that continue to help her “see things as they really are”.
