I teach because I love to learn and believe we each have a wealth of knowledge to share based on our diverse experiences and backgrounds. I offer classes throughout the year on topics related to self-care including food/diet, meditation/presence, and living in sync with the seasons.  All topics and classes are rooted in the mission to open us up to a new perspective on how to best take care of ourselves.
